Goals from Scott Garner and Nathan Arnold gave Mansfield a 2-0 win over mid-table rivals Altrincham.Defender Garner gave the home side the lead midway through the first half with a close-range finish. Winger Arnold doubled the Stags' advantage seven minutes after the break when he fired past Alty keeper Richard Acton from 12 yards.
