Bateson extends Altrincham stay

Altrincham have extended the loan of Accrington Stanley defender Jonathan Bateson for a further month.The 21-year-old joined the Robins at the start of March and has made seven first-team appearances. Bateson started his career as trainee with Blackburn Rovers but failed to make an appearance for the club and joined Bradford following his release. He spent one season with the Bantams, making 21 appearances, before joining Accrington in August 2010. .... read more
