    Shots snatch last-gasp victory

    23 Jan 2010 - 17:35:04

Anthony Straker's 87th minute goal enabled Aldershot to claim all three points against Bournemouth.

Andy Sandell had put the Shots ahead in the 21st minute before Brett Pitman equalised for the visitors, although the south coast side were unable to hold out for the win.

Michael Jones' second-minute goal proved to be enough to secure Bury a 1-0 win at home to Hereford.

Rochdale scored four to cement their place at the top of League Two.

Chris O'Grady led the way with a hat-trick, while Craig Dawson was also on the scoresheet for the Dale. Michael Townsend grabbed a late consolation for the home side.

Crewe eased past Darlington to make it four league matches unbeaten at home.

Calvin Zola opened the scoring after 25 minutes, Joel Grant adding another five minutes later before a second from Zola made it 3-0 by the break.

Lincoln made it three league wins in a row to move even further from the relegation zone thanks to first-half goals from Chris Herd and Brian Gilmour.

Bradford pulled one back through Michael Boulding in the 62nd minute but were unable to build on this.

Goals from Stuart Drummond and Mark Duffy were enough for Morecambe to see off Barnet, whose goal came from a Matthew Lockwood spot-kick.

Both Northampton Town versus Chesterfield and Port Vale against Macclesfield ended goalless.

Rotherham kept themselves in contention for automatic promotion with a win over strugglers Grimsby as Adam Le Fondre bagged a first-half double, taking his tally for the season to 19.

Grimsby pulled back a late goal through substitute Wes Fletcher.

Shrewsbury made it five league games unbeaten with a 2-1 win over Dagenham and Redbridge.

Paul Benson opened the scoring in the sixth minute for the visitors, but the home side were ahead by the break thanks to goals from Dave Hibbert and Steven Leslie.

Burton Albion came from two goals down to claim victory at Plainmoor.

Scott Rendell and Chris Robertson had put Torquay ahead in the opening 15 minutes, but goals from Russell Penn, Shaun Harrad and Cleveland Taylor in the 84th minute were enough to complete a remarkable comeback for the visiting team.
