Brown's anger at red card woe

Aldershot boss Terry Brown has reacted angrily to his side's latest disciplinary indiscretion in the 1-1 draw at basement side Northwich Victoria.

Loan signing Andy Mumford was dismissed for a first-half clash with Richard Norris, as the Shots had to battle to hang on for a point after Tim Sills had given them an early lead.

Brown told the News & Mail: "I'm gutted that the discipline of individual players, another loanee, has let us down.

"It shows we are still very immature at this level.

"Andy will obviously be fined the maximum week's wages, but it's not going to get us back the two points which we dropped.

"The game was very similar to Scarborough, where we dominated for 45 minutes and got a man sent off for no reason whatsoever apart from stupidity."
