Wes sorry for Shots defeat

Recent signing Wesley Ngo Baheng has apologised to Aldershot supporters for the club`s FA Cup exit at the hands of non-league Dover at the weekend. Shots were victim of the biggest giantkillings of this season`s second round and striker Baheng, who made his debut as a 56th-minute substitute after penning a short-term deal last week, is determined to make amends at home to Bradford on Saturday. "I would have preferred to have won and I saw the fans very upset. We all want to apologise and show them we can get back, so the best way we can do that is at the game on Saturday," he told Town`s official website. "We really wanted to get to the third round because we knew we could get a Premier League or a Championship team, but it is out of the way now, we have to move on from it and that's what you get when you come out against lower teams and don't do things properly. "That was the biggest game of the season for them so we knew they would come out and try their hardest. I think we've done `alright` in the first half and we could have done more to avoid conceding. "But hopefully on Saturday we'll get a win to make sure we keep going in the league because we're only six points off the play-offs, so we don't want to look backwards we want to look forwards and make sure the fans can forgive us."
