Peter Vincenti could make his Aldershot debut when Dean Holdsworth takes charge of his first game as a Football League manager against Bury. The 24-year-old attacking midfielder became former Newport County boss Holdsworth's first signing for the club, arriving at the EBB Stadium on an 18-month contract from Stevenage. Vincenti could go straight into the starting line-up as Holdsworth looks to halt the Shots` slide down the npower League Two table following a run of just two wins in 10 league games. On-loan Watford forward Liam Henderson made his debut in the 2-1 home defeat by Oxford last weekend and will hope to keep his place alongside Wade Small. Defender Aaron Morris will also be confident of winning a recall to the starting line-up after being signed on loan by Holdsworth at Newport. Striker Damian Spencer (knee ligament damage) and midfielder John Halls (groin) remain long-term absentees.
