Aldershot striker Damian Spencer will visit a specialist later this month as he continues his recovery from injury. The 29-year-old has scored three goals this season but has been sidelined since October with a knee problem. "Damian Spencer is expected to see a consultant at the end of December to assess his progress and decide on the next phase of rehabilitation," said Shots physio Nick Brink. Anthony Charles is still missing with a hamstring problem and John Halls remains sidelined by a groin injury, but both are making progress. "Anthony Charles is progressing well with his hamstring injury rehabilitation and is where I expect him to be after his injury," added Brink. "John Halls has resumed his strengthening programme and is progressing well, though it may be some time before he is strong enough to play without breaking down again."
