Aldershot manager Dean Holdsworth was full of praise for his players despite a 2-1 defeat at Bradford. The Bantams' win at Valley Parade came courtesy of David Syers' 90th-minute header after Peter Vincenti had cancelled out Omar Daley's fourth-minute strike just before the break. Holdsworth said: "We were magnificent. I thought we were in control of the second half, but set-pieces cost us. "There was tension in the ground because of Bradford's position, but it was a great game to be involved in and I'm only disappointed that we've nothing to show for a fantastic performance. "Our passing, movement and possession of the ball was good, and I'm just disappointed that playing football doesn't win football matches sometimes. "I cannot fault my players. I thought we were fantastic. We used the ball really well, but one lapse of concentration has cost us. If we carry on doing the right things, we're going to be a very good side."
