Aldershot have completed the signing of England C international Alex Rodman from Tamworth. The 23-year-old striker has signed a two-and-a-half year contract with the club as manager Dean Holdsworth continues to rebuild his squad following the arrivals of Peter Vincenti, Tim Sills and Simon Grand. Rodman, who has scored 10 goals this season for the Lambs, has previously played for Nuneaton Borough, Gainsborough Trinity, Grantham and Leamington. He has also played for the England futsal team. He goes straight into the Aldershot squad to face Gillingham on Saturday. Meanwhile, winger Glen Little has left the club through mutual consent in an attempt to secure guaranteed first-team football. The 35-year-old, who has made over 500 career appearances, has made 16 outings for the Shots this season but has not appeared in any of Holdsworth's three games in charge following a groin injury.
