It wasn't one of the two strikers that supporters are waiting to hear about, but Aldershot Town announced that 21-year old midfielder Josh Payne has signed for the club on a one-month loan.
The Oxford United player has made 40 appearances for the U’s since his arrival in the summer of 2010 from Doncaster Rovers and has loan experience with Wycombe Wanderers, Cheltenham Town and Colchester United having started his career with West Ham United.
