Little hopes to makes large impact with Shots

Former Reading defender Glen Little has agreed to sign a one-year deal at Aldershot following a successful trial. Little, who was playing for Sheffield United last season, has been training with the Shots during pre-season and will be reunited with manager Kevin Dillon after finalising arrangements on Thursday afternoon. Little, who has made over career 500 appearances, told the club's official website: "It was an easy decision to make really. I live locally and originally came down to train with Dill (Kevin Dillon) who I knew well from my time at Reading. "Dill was a massive factor in me joining the club and I am really looking forward to the challenge. There are not too many experienced players here and if I can help give the younger lads some advice and us my own experience then I will be happy to do that."
