JPT: Bristol Rovers vs Aldershot Town
The date has been set for The Shots Second Round JPT tie against Bristol Rovers. Aldershot Town's Second Round tie in this seasons Johnstone's Paint Trophy will take place at the Memorial Ground on Tuesday 5th October 2010. Being a Johnstone's Paint Trophy tie, Bristol Rovers are reducing the price of terrace match tickets to £10 for adults and £5 for concessions, while the prices for seats are £14 and £7 respectively. The match is not all ticket and entry can be gained at the turnstiles on the evening. As Rovers are aiming to get as many kids along as possible, the match will also be kicking off at the earlier time of 7.15pm, so please make a note in your diary to prevent missing the first thirty minutes! Bristol Rovers are also offering local children the opportunity to attend the game for free (if they pre-purchase their ticket) and speaking to the official Bristol Rovers website about the offer, club Director of Finance Toni Watola said: "We recognise the importance of attracting the fans of the future, and see this as the perfect opportunity for local children to enjoy a game of football for free. "We have also brought the kick off time forwards to make sure the younger ones do not have to stay out too late - even if the game goes to penalties."
