Holdsworth hails `huge' performance

Aldershot manager Dean Holdsworth was surprised that his team did not get more from a 1-1 draw at Northampton but hailed the confident performance. Ben Tozer scored from close range to put the Cobblers ahead but Peter Vincenti turned the ball home at the far post to equalise. Shaun Harrad received a straight red for kicking out at the Shots' Anthony Charles late on. Holdsworth said: "That was the best performance from the players since I've been in charge. It was worthy of a victory and I can't believe we've only come away with a point. "We did everything but score and it was a huge performance which deserved all three points. "We passed the ball around today like fun. I asked the players at half-time to go up a gear in the second half and they gave me what I asked for. "I'm very proud to be in charge of this team and the players are giving me everything."
