Dillon: I`ve got harder job than Hodgson

Boss Kevin Dillon is aware he is a man under increasing pressure but he came out fighting after Aldershot suffered their fourth successive home defeat to Oxford - insisting his job is harder than that of sacked Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson. Anthony Charles put the ball into his own net to give the Us an eighth-minute lead before Luke Guttridge looked to have rescued a point with a close-range strike in the 76th minute. However, Tom Craddock struck four minutes from time with a low drive which squirmed under Jamie Young. "There's going to be increased pressure on me after a run of results like we're having but I'd expect that. That's why I'm in this job," said Dillon. "January's the most depressing month of the year, it's the month for sacking but I can guarantee you I've got a harder job than say Roy Hodgson. I bet you Roy Hodgson's not out there with a shovel getting the training facilities ready day in, day out. Our facilities aren't good and it's a small ground. "What good would sacking me now do? It would take time for someone else to come in and this is an important period in the season. "This club is still in the best position it has ever been in and the fans need to remember that. To be fair the fans were good in this game and when our performance improved in the second half the whole place lifted."
