Dillon: Graham too hot to handle

Kevin Dillon admitted his Aldershot side simply could not cope with Danny Graham as the striker helped Watford to a 3-0 Carling Cup victory. Graham scored twice for the second successive game and Marvin Sordell was also on target as the Hornets dodged a potential banana skin. "Watford had a very good result against Norwich on Friday and they carried that on," said Dillon. "Against Norwich Danny Graham got two and I told our boys to try and show him away from goal, but he cut in twice and scored with his left foot and right foot and they were two terrific finishes. "I know we lost 3-0 but I am pleased with the performance of my players, I thought they played well and I am sure that the system we played will create a lot of goals this season. "The Watford players came off at the end and had a real sweat on them and they knew they had been in a game, and I thought we played well. There were a lot of positive performances and I am looking forward to the game against Southend on Saturday. I am sure that will be a good game and I am sure with better finishing we will be okay."
