Contract delight for Shots trio
Aldershot trio Douglas Bergqvist, Henrik Breimyr and Adam Mekki have each penned two-year professional contracts with the League Two outfit.
Centre-back Bergqvist, 18, midfielder Breimyr, 17, and winger Mekki, 19, are products of the club`s Academy and have been rewarded for their progress into the club`s first team.
Manager Dean Holdsworth said: "I am delighted with these signings.
"All three players have shown great promise and they should be very proud on signing. Their attitude has been spot on and we can now look to really further their careers.
"It is not often that there are as many youngsters knocking on the door for contracts as we have had at Aldershot Town, and that is encouraging.
"I am really pleased with the youth set-up here. It is an exciting time for the club and for the players too."
