Rovers sign Stewart from Montrose

Albion Rovers have signed Paul Stewart after the midfielder was released by Third Division rivals Montrose.And defender Alan Reid has agreed to a new contract at Cliftonhill. But Maryhill Juniors striker Willie Sawyers will not be joining the Coatbridge side after rejecting the terms of several offers. Montrose is Stewart's only previous professional club, while Reid is preparing to start his fourth season with the Lanarkshire outfit. .... read more
