Josh Mullin back as Albion host Stranraer.

Albion Rovers welcome Josh Mullin back from a ban when they host Stranraer.

But John Gemmell has dropped out of player-manager Darren Young's plans after picking up a leg knock in training.

Young said: "It was disappointing to go out of the Scottish Cup last weekend to Morton in a game where we created a lot of chances but failed to take them.

"We can shrug that disappointment off by beating Stranraer and beating the points total we secured in the first quarter of the season with two games still to go.

"We won at Stranraer earlier this season and they will be out to make up for that."

Stranraer could be withuot six players at Coatbridge.

Stevie Bell is suspended and injuries have ruled out Dale Keenan (hip), Lee Mair (groin), Chris Aitken (calf) and Andy Stirling (foot), while Jamie McCluskey is struggling with a knock.

Manager Brian Reid said: "There was a lot of excitement when we were paired with Celtic in the Scottish Cup earlier this week however that has to be put onto a back burner. At the moment it is all about winning games and putting points on board in the league.

"We beat Buckie Thistle last weekend in the Scottish Cup because we took our chances and we need to keep doing that."
