Albion trio to miss Dunfermline clash

Albion Rovers welcome League 1 champions Dunfermline to Cliftonhill without injured Ricardo Talu (hamstring), Darren Petrie (toe), and Andrew Barrowman (calf injury) who all miss out.

Former Par Paul Willis returns after injury with Callum McRobbie also available following illness with player/ manager Darren Young hoping to sign a defender from French football before kick-off.

Young said: "Dunfermline may come here in party spirit however I know that their management team will not allow their standards to slip. Despite that we will look to win and remain in the play-off chase.

"If we can convert the chances we create at a higher rate then we have a decent chance."

Dunfermline include former Hearts and Kilmarnock midfielder Scott Robinson as an amateur in their travelling party along with Joe Cardle who is now suspension free. Josh Falkingham is banned.

Callum Fordyce remains out due to a broken leg with manager Allan Johnston saying: "We got over the finishing line last weekend however we will not be slowing down. It is important that we keep a winning mentality in the squad and build momentum for the challenges of next season.

"Albion Rovers came to our place recently and earned a draw. We also drew at Cliftonhill earlier in the season so we know how tough a game this will be."
