Albion 1-2 Stranraer: Match Report

15 February 2011 22:09
One winner for Stranraer Armand One scored a dramatic injury-time winner for Stranraer as they beat ten-man Albion 2-1 at the Cliftonville Stadium to move above their opponents into second place. Craig Malcolm headed the visitors into a 28th-minute lead following Grant Gallagher's inch-perfect right-wing cross but Albion defender Peter Innes levelled the scores with a 72nd minute tap-in from six-yards out. Innes was then sent off just seven minutes later for a professional foul on Steven Noble which immediately forced the latter out of the game. Both sides looked to have earned themselves a point but One popped up in the second minute of injury time to nod Scott Agnew's free-kick past home goalkeeper Derek Gaston and hand his team all three points.
