Airdrie without Jim Lister for Dunfermline clash

Airdrie striker Jim Lister is their only injury absentee when they host a Dunfermline side who sit immediately above them in the table.

Lister will miss the clash after undergoing groin surgery recently.

Diamonds boss Gary Bollan said: "After going to Forfar's Station Park and winning last weekend we now have the opportunity to win again at home after a couple of disappointments.

"We raced into a three-goal lead last Saturday, however goals either side of half-time gave Forfar a chance. We ended the stronger team and that was pleasing.

"Dunfermline have had two goalless draws in a row but they have good goalscorers in their side so we have to be on our guard."

Dunfermline's Andy Geggan and Joe Cardle have shaken off knocks while Josh Falkingham is in line for a comeback after featuring in a midweek development game after a back injury.

Callum Fordyce and Ryan Williamson miss out due to broken legs.

Manager Allan Johnston said: "We have to start showing the clinical side to our game again. Teams are defending deeply against us but we are still creating chances and need to take them.

"Airdrie came to our place and drew earlier in the season we know that we have to play well to get the three points."
