After the freakish postponement of the big match up in York at the weekend, the Dons face up to a more moderately sized contest at the Meadow. The washout was a major aggravation for the fans who took out a mortgage to take the train up, but for the stay-at-home pundits it was a potential blessing. The game against York would've to a great degree defined the rest of our season and to go into that game without either Kedwell or Elder and a bench made up of pasty faced youths would've been a big challenge. Not that there is any clear sign as yet if either of our strike force will be available on Tueday. All Wimbledon information channels seem set to stum on this subject, with no reason given for them not travelling north on Saturday. Rumour has it that Kedwell is off soon; but then rumour has been having it that Kedwell would be off soon for a very long time. Barrow are currently down in twentieth place but have have heaps of games in hand on the teams around them.
