Bournemouth have unveiled co-owner Paul Baker as the new chairman of the League Two club.
Baker has been handed the role following the departure of Jeff Mostyn and Steven Sly last month.
Meanwhile, the Cherries have announced that 'local-born philanthropist' Adam Murry has joined the club's board.
Speaking about a six-figure investment that Murry is set to bring to the club, chief executive Alastair Saverimutto told the Bournemouth Echo: "He's born and bred in Bournemouth and somebody that will bring new ideas and investment into the football club.
"Adam will certainly add a lot of experience and expertise in delivering key objectives to the football club."
