Malone/McQuoid Switch?

Rumours of a Malone/McQuoid switch are being scotched.

Rumours have persisted during the week that Scott Malone is/was poised to head to SE London, in a move that was said to involve Josh McQuoid returning to Dorset.

Cherries Chairman, Eddie Mitchell, is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying on the speculation that: "No way in the world has anybody told me Scott is having a medical or that we have agreed a deal for him. The only communication we had was with Kenny Jackett some time ago".

It has since been reported that any conclusion of such a deal hinges on McQuoid agreeing to return to the South Coast.
