It's Hard Not To Get Excited!
Popular midfielder, Harry Arter speaks for most fans in saying that it's hard not to get too excited with the finish line so close.
Harry Arter speaks candidly about the season gone and what's remaining, as well as his collection of yellow cards.
Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, the whole hearted midfielder is quoted as saying: "I was thinking about us going up the other day. I was sitting in the changing room before the Notts County game and could picture us celebrating. It’s hard not to. When I was at Woking, we were in a similar position and were trying to get automatic promotion to the Conference. It doesn’t feel any different now. That was my goal at the time and is the same now. In the grand scheme of things, this is a lot bigger and there is a lot more pressure. If we were to go up, it would be my greatest achievement as a player. Hard work is going to get us there and I am going into every game giving 100 per cent and know the other lads are as well. Nobody is getting ahead of themselves. We had a great night on Tuesday with the other results but then Brentford winning at Crewe on Wednesday showed just how tight it is. All it takes is a slip and we could find ourselves out of our position. Our destiny might not be in our hands but our playing destiny is. All we can do is keep trying to win and, hopefully, that will be good enough".
