Howe - We should have won it
Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe felt his side should have gone on to take all three points after they went a goal up but ended up drawing 1-1 with Brentford at Griffin Park.Danny Hollands gave the Cherries the lead before Lewis Grabban levelled from the penalty spot three minutes later after Jason Pearce was adjudged to have fouled Charlie MacDonald.Howe, whose team have now dropped out of the Npower League One play-off places, said: "It was very disappointing that our performance didn't bring the result it should have."I thought we looked very strong but you have to take your chances, especially at Brentford which is a very difficult place to come."I thought their penalty was very soft but we can't afford to switch off like we did a couple of times. I don't want to be overly critical because I thought we played well, but you need leaders out there and the result for me really did take the shine off the performance."That's two points from three games which isn't really good enough, but sometimes you have to look at the performances and hope that the results drop into place if you keep putting in the performances."
