Feeney joy at goal
Bournemouth winger Liam Feeney has revealed his delight at breaking his scoring duck and insisted Cherries fans have not seen the best of him yet.The 23-year-old livewire has started all 18 games for the Cherries this season but had to wait until the 5-3 win over Tranmere in the FA Cup for his first goal of the current campaign.Feeney told the Echo: "I think everyone could see how pleased I was. I've been waiting for it for a long time and it feels like a massive weight has been lifted now that I've got it. Hopefully, a few more will come."I've been working so hard in training, particularly on that sort of finish, so I was glad to see it go in. Especially when you are an attacking player, you are expected to score goals and create chances."If it doesn't come for a while, then there is a massive pressure. It was building up a little bit and it was on my mind."I have hit the post a few times, the keepers have made some good saves and I've had a shot cleared off the line, so it hasn't seemed to happen for me. Like on Saturday, when my shot hit the post and Josh (McQuoid) got his first, I thought it might have been one of those days again."
