Bournemouth boss Jimmy Quinn has hinted that he will only bring in experienced players to try and bolster his Cherries squad.
The club face a massive task to avoid relegation from League Two and Quinn believes that younger players may find the situation too tough.
He told the Daily Echo: "If it is a young player, it's got to be a young player who knows what he's doing and maybe has a bit of experience.
"In the position we're in in the league, we need people I know will come in, be consistent and do a job for us.
"If they are 18 or 19 they'll need to have a certain amount of games under their belts and be consistent in their play.
"We haven't got the time to develop people for other clubs, we need players who can go into the first team and do a job."
