Defeat hard to take for Bradbury

Bournemouth boss Lee Bradbury admitted his first defeat as a manager was painful but conceded Exeter deserved their 2-0 win.Richard Logan and Jamie Cureton scored the goals as the Cherries were second best all over the park to leave their rookie boss in reflective mood.Bradbury said: "I thought Exeter played very well and a lot better than we did. We are a footballing team and that is our forte and we are good at it, but we gave the ball away a little too much to be honest."You can't play great every game and it is one of those things. When me and Steve Fletcher took over, if someone had offered us one defeat in 11 we would have snapped their hand off."It`s just a blip hopefully. The lads weren't quite at it and Exeter were brilliant I thought and you have to take your hat off to them. It's my first loss as a manager and it hurts."It`s certainly something I don't want to make a habit of, but as I said to the lads, let it hurt you. We can't let it affect us because we have a big game on Saturday and we have to use that to show people in the south what a good side we are again."
