Coopers Challenge

Shaun Cooper admits that he faces a new challenge as he returns to full fitness.
With Shaun Cooper coming back from muscle tear injuries, he now faces a fresh challenge as he nears full fitness - a matter of winning his place back in a 16-man first team squad.
Cooper admits in the Bournemouth Evening Echo that: "Our squad now is unbelievable. Every player could play, do a very good job and justify their position. I prefer playing in midfield but would play wherever I was asked by the manager. I wouldn’t say I was either a defender or a midfielder, I would say I was both. We have got excellent players in both positions so it is going to be a challenge for me, as it is for every player. But it is a challenge I am not going to shirk. Everyone is capable of being in the starting line-up and it comes down to the manager’s preference. He will be looking at who is doing well in training and in games".
