Bournemouth's prospective new owner have been unveiled as EU UK Ltd.
The West Country-based business is believed to have stumped up the £1million required to purchase the cash-strapped club.
One of the company's four directors, Ian Mathison, is expected to take up the role as chairman.
Dorset-based businessman Marc Jackson led the consortium to buy the ailing League One club, but is unlikely to have any role in the running of the Cherries.
The consortium has until Monday to complete their purchase of the club.
Bournemouth are reportedly £4million in debt and on the verge of relegation to League Two.
