Bradbury bemoans poor finishing

Bournemouth boss Lee Bradbury was left to rue his side`s wayward finishing as they went down to a 1-0 defeat at Bristol Rovers. However, he insists a top-six finish is still in their hands despite seeing the chasing pack close the gap.The Cherries created numerous opportunities but could not find a breakthrough and were made to pay the price as struggling Rovers triumphed courtesy of Jeff Hughes` first-half penalty following Adam Smith`s foul on Gavin Williams.Bradbury said: "It just wasn't our night. We played like the home side and you could see by Rovers' reaction at the end how relieved they were to have won the game. They defended for their lives and nothing quite dropped for us in the box. I was pleased with the performance but we have to do better in front of goal."There are no complaints about the penalty. Adam Smith has dived in but he is a young lad and you learn quickly in professional football."Bournemouth are now just two points clear of seventh-placed Rochdale and three ahead of Leyton Orient, who both boast a game in hand. But Bradbury added: "The pack are closing in behind us in the battle for play-off places but I wouldn't swap places with any of them and we still have it in our hands to secure a top-six finish."
