Bulman boost for Dons

Dannie Bulman returns to the AFC Wimbledon squad for the visit of Plymouth.

The veteran midfielder was an ever-present this season before a fifth yellow card forced him to miss Saturday's 2-0 defeat at his old club Wycombe, so he is set to go straight back into the starting line-up.

Youngster Tom Beere will be checked over after missing out at the weekend due to a slight hamstring problem, but Dons boss Neal Ardley has no new injury concerns.

On-loan Gillingham defender Adam Barrett will start at the back against the club which gave him his senior debut in 1999.

Plymouth look set to stick with a 3-5-2 formation when they make the long midweek trip.

John Sheridan's men kept their fourth clean sheet in their last six games as they saw off Carlisle on Saturday and the former Chesterfield boss looks likely to continue with their newly-adopted set-up.

The Argyle boss admits he has a number of options should he decide to freshen up his team with the likes of Marvin Morgan, Deane Smalley and Jason Banton itching to start along with new signing Andy Kellett.

Reuben Reid and Lewis Alessandra are set to continue in attack.
