The latest Winding Up Order has been dismissed in the High Court. The latest Winding Up Order brought by the HRMC against AFC Bournemouth has been dismissed, as expected, by the High Court following the Cherries payment to clear this particulat debt. Chairmanm, Eddie Mitchell, is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "The club’s financial health is a lot better than it was this time last year but we’ve still got the last couple of hurdles to overcome and they are substantial hurdles. They amount to between £500,000-£600,000, which leaves us a shortfall on our cash flow each month. We’re up to date with the tax but could fall behind if we don’t keep up. If we don’t get our house in order, we could very easily fall back into the situation with the embargo. I wouldn’t want anybody to think they could ease up because there is still a lot of hard work to be done. It’s still all hands to the pumps".
