Here's the final round up of League Two action as the season draws to a close. One major issue remained to be settled in League Two as Barnet and Grimsby Town endeavoured to preserve their League status. Barnet faced Rochdale at Underhill, with Jarrett writing himself in to the Barnet history books with a 90th minute winner to save the Bees for another season. Barnet 21st, Rochdale 3rd. Grimsby Town's fate was sealed long before Barnet won their match, as the Mariners went down to a 3-0 defeat against Burton Albion at The Pirelli Stadium. Pearson (10th min) and Harrad (37th min) gave their visitors an uphill struggle, which was made worse as harrad completed his brace in the 58th minute to seal Grimsby's fate and Conference football next season. Burton Albion 13th, Grimsby Town 23rd. Notts County ended their season relatively tamely against in form Torquay United with a 0-0 draw at Plainmoor. Notts County 1st, Torquay United 17th. AFC Bournemouth couldn't end the season with a 5th straight win as Chesterfield ended a 139-year association with Saltergate with a 2-1 win. An own goal through Talbot in the 42nd minutes looked to threaten the Spirites party, but the home side bounced back through Lester in the 80th minute, with the winner coming through Niven in the 96th minute. The result left the home side a couple of points outside the play-off places. Chesterfield 8th, AFC Bournemouth 2nd. Morecambe guaranteed themselves a play-off place with a 1-0 win over Aldershot Town at Christie Park. Hunter scored the only goal of the game in the 72nd minute. Morecambe 4th, Aldershot Town 6th. Rotherham United are not exactly in play-off form, being hit by Hereford United in a 2-0 win for the Bulls at Edgar Street. Manset and Jones gave the home side a 2-goal lead by half time with strikes in the 4th and 21st minutes. Pugh rounded off a decent 2nd half to the season with a 90th minute strike. Hereford United 16th, Rotherham United 5th. Dagenham & Redbridge claimed the 4th and final play-off place with a 2-0 win over already-relegated Darlington at The Arena. Nurse gave the Daggers the lead in the 31st minute, with Scott putting the result beyond doubt in the 75th minute. The defeat was Darlo's 17th at home this season. Darlington 24th, Dagenham & Redbridge 7th. Northampton Town and Bury played out their final game of the season at Sixfields with a 1-1 draw. Lowe gave the visitors the lead on the stroke of half time, with Akinfenwa levelling in the 94th minute. Northampton Town 11th, Bury 9th. Port Vale and Shrewsbury Town also played out a 1-1 draw at Vale Park. Bright gave the Shrews the lead in the 11th minute, with Richards levelling from the penalty spot 13 minutes from time. Port Vale 10th, Shewsbury Town 12th. Bradford City will be looking to next season with a 1-0 win over Crewe Alexandra at Gresty Road. Kendall scored the only goal of the game in the 67th minute to draw a disappointing for both clubs to a close. Crewe Alexandra 18th, Bradford City 14th. With League Two safety in the bag, Cheltenham Town and Accrington Stanley played out a 1-1 draw at Whaddon Road. Low gave the Robins the lead in the 9th minute, with Turner levelling for the visitors in the 24th minute. Cheltenham Town 22nd, Accrington Stanley 15th. Lincoln City (20th) and Macclesfield (19th) played out a 0-0 draw at Sincil Bank.
