Here's the round up of the weekend action around League Two as the promotion matters are settled. Notts County will have to wait a little while longer before being crowned Champions, as they slipped up against Port Vale at Vale Park. Richards gave Vale the lead in the 20th minute, with Lee levelling for County 5 minutes later. Vale, with a play-off place in their sights, claimed the points when Taylor scored what proved to be the winner in the 30th minute. The result sees Vale slip in to the play-off places for the first time this season. Port Vale 7th, Notts County 1st. Rochdale slipped to their 7th defeat on the road this season, as Hereford United claimed the points at Edgar Street. King and Valentine gave the Bulls a 2-goal lead with strikes in the 52nd and 61st minutes, with Jones pulling one back in the 62nd minute. Hereford United 15th, Rochdale 2nd. Congratulations to AFC Bournemouth who claimed the 3rd automatic promotion place with a 2-0 win over Burton Albion at The Pirelli Stadium. Pitman and Connell put the seal on a memorable season with goals in the 66th and 90th minutes to book a place in League One. Burton Albion 13th, AFC Bournemouth 3rd. Rotherham United will not have to make do with the play-offs, even though they managed to claim a single goal win over Barnet at Underhill. Morecambe are just outside the play-off picture, on goal difference, as they managed to see off play-off rivals Dagenham & Redbridge at Livingstone Road as Moss scored the only goal of the game in the 86th minute to seal a vital victory. Chesterfield are also just outside the play-off places, also on goal difference, but it could have been different if they could have held on to victory against Bradford City at Saltergate. Demontagnac gave the Spirites the lead in the 52nd minute, only to see Evans level in the 75th minute. Chesterfield 9th, Bradford City 14th. Northampton Town are also still in with a shout of making the play-offs following a 2-0 win over Shrewsbury Town at Sixfields.
