Three players have signed new deals to remain at Dean Court. The three players to sign new deals to stay at Dean Court are Jason Pearce, Anton Robinson and Steve Fletcher. On signing, Jason Pearce is quoted in the Bournemouth Evening Echo as saying: "It’s been a great learning curve and experience for me. From such a young age, I’ve been through pretty much everything a player can go through at this level. I’ve really enjoyed it. There have been some low points and some high points. The club is moving forward now so that is another reason why I wanted to sign. I feel like the club is going forward and I want to be part of that". Pearce has signed a 12-month extension. On signing his new 12-month deal, Steve Fletcher is quoted as saying: "I do believe that we could go and prove a lot of people wrong in this forthcoming season and be a force to be reckoned with. But we definitely need a good start. As was proved last season, a good start sets you up fantastically for the rest of the campaign. I don’t want to listen to people saying we’re just going to settle for a bit of stability in League One. If we did and that’s what happens, then it wouldn’t be that bad".
