Tindall ready for his comeback
The Cherries have been unable to sign any players over the summer due to a Football League transfer embargo.
"Ive had to keep myself fit as with the embargo, I will have to be involved. It's obviously not an ideal situation and a position we don't want to be in," said the 31-year-old.
"Circumstances though have dictated that we have to do that, and I have been joining in with training as there is a good possibility that I will be needed.
"I want to make sure that if I am called upon, then I have a bit of fitness behind me."
