Still impressed by Cherries' character

DAGENHAM & Redbridge boss John Still is tipping Cherries to stay the course in the race for League Two promotion.[LNB] Still's charges impressed during a 0-0 draw at Dean Court on Tuesday, the stalemate trimming Cherries' lead at the top to a point and seeing Daggers drop to fourth.[LNB] But with just four points separating the top five and the chasing pack not too far behind, Still is predicting an intriguing battle for the ultimate prize.[LNB] It's tight at the top and there are a lot of good teams up there, said Still. I think nine or 10 are going to vie for the top-seven places.[LNB] No result surprises me. With the greatest respect, we probably should have beaten Bournemouth and Rochdale but didn't win either.[LNB] The top nine or 10 are all capable of beating each other and I think the pack will be shuffled before the end of the season.[LNB] It might not be the best teams that secure the top places, it might be the most resilient. The table is certainly taking shape.[LNB] For some, the transfer window is going to make a big difference. The big hitters like Rotherham, Chesterfield and Notts County may be able to bring in some good players.[LNB] Then again, they may not have some of the spirit that some of the smaller clubs have got. We will have to wait and see.[LNB] Bournemouth have every chance and the table doesn't lie. In my opinion, the teams with real character will probably stay there and Bournemouth looked a decent outfit to me.[LNB]
