Spurs pick off Cherries with ease
Spurs endured a difficult start as David Bentley was withdrawn after a bad tackle in the 15th minute.[LNB]The Premier League club opened the scoring on 27 minutes when Robbie Keane finished clinically after being played in by Darren Bent.[LNB]Spurs fielded a different line-up for the second half and increased their lead on 55 minutes when Jermain Defoe fired home from Jake Livermore's pass.[LNB]Defoe was involved in the third goal on 67 minutes as his shot was parried and midfielder Wilson Palacios was on hand to tap home the loose ball.[LNB][LNB]
