Shaun MacDonald is happy at Bournemouth as he chases a spot at Euro 2016.
The Wales midfielder comes up against ex-side Swansea this weekend with a regular place with the Cherries far from guaranteed.
Game time is needed ahead of next summer's tournament in France, but MacDonald is happy to prove his worth at Bournemouth.
"For me I am here and my mind is 100 per cent here to try and take every opportunity to play and try to impress. I want to try and keep the faith," he said, reflecting on his rise through the leagues with Bournemouth.
"This is something we have done for the last few years; for the last three season I have been here through that and it is not something I want to get up and leave.
"Everyone wants to play football and get minutes but I think over the last couple of weeks... I had an opportunity against Liverpool which I hope will stay in the manager's mind and we will see how things go towards the end of the season."

He spent six years with City and knows how good a side they are, but believes Bournemouth have got the beating of them.
"Overall, I think performance-wise we have been there, we've created chances, probably not taken them really, especially against Newcastle. We created enough to win that game," he said.
"I have a lot of friends who are season tickets holders at Swansea and a lot of my family are too. We will probably have a bit of banter but this is my job. We have to go and get the job done.
"We know what kind of football they play and we have to go with a game plan and hopefully come away the win."
While Bournemouth have found life in the top flight hard going, MacDonald does not think survival is beyond them.
He added: "We would be in the wrong league if we're not going to believe [we can turn it around].
"We always knew it was going to be a tough season but we have to keep the faith and we want to try and keep playing and hopefully we can turn it around."
