Reading Reaction - Cherries

Here's the post match reaction from the Cherries camp after their superb win at the Madjeski.

Assistant manager Jason Tindall was quoted on BBC Radio Solent as saying: "It was a terrific result, but not only that it was a fantastic performance. We were disappointed with our defensive performance at QPR, but I thought our back four were magnificent. They restricted them to a few chances and we looked like a threat every time we went forward. We’ve had disappointing results in the last few weeks, but we feel we’ve done well in large periods of those games even if we haven’t got what we deserved. We asked the players before the game to put together a similar performance and the they delivered a complete performance. We are absolutely delighted. We’ve had quite a lot chances in the last few games but for whatever reason we haven’t taken them. But we had two shots in the first half and scored two goals, which gave us a good cushion and something to hold on to. We came out in the second half and attacked in the same way as we did in the first and on another day we could have scored more than two".
