QPR Reaction - Cherries II

04 December 2013 22:57
Here's further post match reaction from the Cherries camp after defeat at Loftus Road.

Midfielder Shaun MacDonald insists that the Cherries must remain positive despite defeat in west London.

Speaking on the Clubs Official Web Site, Macca is quoted as saying: "I don’t think 3-0 was a fair reflection of the game and it is frustrating because I think we were the better side in the first 30 minutes. QPR played on the counter attack and more like the away team, but they had three chances and took them. We always knew we were going to have a difficult patch somewhere along the line because there are some top teams in the Championship. But we need to keep working hard, looking to improve and hopefully put a good run of results together. The fans have been brilliant for us in the last few months and, as players, we want to go out and reward them for their support. We will go back to the training ground, stick together and try and give them something back. We have to keep the faith. We got here with some good performances last season and if we stay positive, then I’m sure we will be alright".
