Purches pushing for recall

Bournemouth boss Lee Bradbury has no fresh injury concerns for the game against Bristol Rovers. Warren Cummings started Saturday`s 2-2 draw at Yeovil - a game the Cherries had been winning 2-0 against 10 men - after recovering from a sickness bug and he will continue. Stephen Purches was back on the bench for that match after recovering from a heavy blow to the face sustained at Notts County and he is pushing for a start. Marc Pugh, Steve Fletcher and Lauri Dalle Valle all came on as second-half substitutes at Huish Park and they will also hope for more prominent roles if Bradbury decides to freshen up his side. The Cherries boss told the club`s official website: "There is little time to prepare. We have to remain positive and with three games to go, it`s in our hands. "We know it will be hard against Rovers and we feel we owe them one after the game at their place when we lost 1-0 after having 21 shots in the match. Despite the disappointment against Yeovil, we are confident we can turn in a good performance."
