Pitman: Eddie is doing a great job

Howe, the youngest manager in the Football League at 31, has overcome a transfer embargo and a crippling injury list to steer Bournemouth into a one-point lead at the top, ahead of such as Notts County and Rotherham. Pitman has scored seven of the 17 goals scored by Howe's charges this season, and is revelling in player under the former centre-half. "Eddie has done ever so well, as has Jason Tindall his assistant," the 21-year-old said. "They have come in and have done better than anyone else might have done in this situation. "They have got us going and got us organised, and it's very enjoyable to play under Eddie. He's doing a great job."
