Pearce stands behind Cherries boss
Having led the way in League Two for the majority of the season, the Cherries saw the wheels come off their promotion push in spectacular style at Christie Park.[LNB]But Pearce has every faith in Howe, the Football League's youngest manager at 32, to get his side's campaign back on track.[LNB]"Eddie has been great for me and great for everyone here," he said.[LNB]"When he decided not to take over at Peterborough last month it was a real boost.[LNB]"He has a positive outlook on everything and brings the best out of us.
