Pair sign professional contracts
Midfielder Webb made his debut as a substitute in the final game of the season at Morecambe after proving himself a key figure in the Under-18s and reserve side.
Striker Hutchings made his first team debut in the 07-08 season and despite injuries, has impressed in the Under-18s and reserve side this season and has also had a spell on loan at Dorchester.
Carl Preston and Jamie Davidson have not been offered contracts.
