Here's the round up of the weekend action around League One. On top of the pack at this early stage are Carlisle United who thumped Franchise FC 4-1 at Brunton Park. Zoko and Berrett netted just before the break, with goals from Madine and Taiwo netting after the re-start to put the result beyond doubt. Charlton Athletic and Oldham Athletic came face to face to The Valley, with both sides cancelling each other out in a 1-1 draw. Sheffield Wednesday chalked up their 2nd home win of the season with a 1-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion. Coke scored the winner in the 38th minute. AFC Bournemouth are proving (at the moment) that they are not going to be any push over this season following a fine 3-0 win over Tranmere Rovers at Prenton Park. Rhodes (22nd min) and Carey (33rd min) gave the Yorkshire side an early lead, only to see Boyd (45th min), McLean (50th and 67th min) and Mackail-Smith (52nd min) help the home side roar back to claim the points. Peterborough United 6th, Huddersfield Town 10th. Walsall had to come from behind to pinch the points from under the noses against Plymouth Argyle at the Bescot Stadium. Mason gave Argyle the lead in the 29th minute only to see Marshall level in the 53rd minute and Reid score the winner in the 69th minute. Walsall 7th, Plymouth Argyle 12th. Hartlepool United managed to claim a their first win of the season with a fine 2-0 victory over Yeovil Town at Huish Park. Liddle gave Pool the lead in the 30th minute, with Monkhouse extending the lead in the 54th minute. Yeovil Town 15th, Hartlepool United 8th. Colchester United managed to snatch the points against Rochdale at Spotland. Bond gave Col U the lead in the 38th minute, only to see Dawson level just after the break. Just when spoils might have been shared Henderson scored the winner for the Essex side in the 84th minute. Rochdale 19th, Colchester United 9th. Exeter City and Bristol Rovers battled their way to a 2-2 draw at St James's Park. Nardiello gave the Grecians the lead in the 8th minute, only to see Kuffour level on the stroke of half time and Hoskins give the Pirates the lead in the 54th minute. O'Flynn ensured a share of the spolis with a 75th minute penalty. Exeter City 17th, Bristol Rovers 13th.
