Want-away Wes Thomas is talking up his chances of a move away from Dean Court.

We've heard it before, with Wes throwing his toys around the pram where his Dean Court future is concerned. Now, the loanee, who is currently at St Andrews is talking up his chances of a move to Birmingham City when the transfer window re-opens in the Summer.

Thomas, for his part, is quoted in the Birmingham Mail as saying: "This is a big club, without a doubt the biggest one I have played for. I’d be buzzing if the manager came to me at the end of the season and said he wanted to sign me. But it’s up to me – I have got to keep on scoring goals and keep on working hard. I have to work hard in every training session, do well in every game, to try to get a contract and prove, as a player, that I can do it at this level".

From a Cherries perspective, Chairman, Eddie Mitchell is quoted as saying in the Bournemouth Evening Echo: "He is contracted to Bournemouth and if anybody else wants him, they are going to have to buy him. I don’t know whether Eddie Howe wants to include him next season or not but if he wants to go elsewhere, he might want to earn a contract, but he has got to get out of this one first".

News of another loan player, this time, Marcus Painter, who has been recalled by his home club Brighton & Hove Albion.
