AFC Bournemouth face a race against time if they want to release a further 2400 tickets ahead of the exhibition match against Real Madrid on July 21st (ko @ 1945), with just over a week until the Spanish giants are due to fly in to Bournemouth.
Speaking in the Bournemouth Evening Echo, Mitchell is quoted as saying: "We are hoping to issue approximately another 2,500 tickets to sell. There is a slight grey area, very slight, that things might not be completed. There is a sign-off period with the council and if they are hesitant about anything, it is out of our control. But we will have the building work completed and I am fully confident that it will be signed off".
